Grand Labyrinth is Olcadan's main stage in Soul Calibur III.

The labyrinth actually has three "sub stages" so to speak. They are all the same, except for their appearance. You can select with of the three you want to play on by pressing R2 to scroll to the right and L2 to scroll tonthe left.
