Raiper is one of the custom character weapons, it is based off of Raphael's weapon.
Amy use's the weapon in Soul Calibur III and has it made more suited towards her in the arcade version of the game.
It can be purchased for 13000 gold in Hualin's Weapon Shop in Soul Calibur III.
