Soul of Maxi

Soul of Maxi is the weapon given to custom characters to give them the moveset of Maxi.

The following show how to unlock the weapons available in the Soul of Maxi class in Soul Calibur III:

Tetsuryu - Can be purchased for 11200. Or defeat Maxi in Tales Of Souls mode.
Chained Kozuka - Get to the 4th stage of Tales of Souls using Maxi. Or play 300 battles.
Raimei - Get to the 7th stage of Tales of Souls using Maxi. Or play 425 battles.
Vajra - Buy Tetsuryu, Chained Kozuka, Raimei, and clear Tales of Souls with Maxi. Or play 560 battles.
Termite Snack - Score great in Sudden Death Rally in Normal mode. Or play 1160 battles.
The Ancient - Defeat Oldacan in Tales of Souls with Maxi. Or clear all the missions in Maxi's tutorial mode.
